Help With Login Problems

(1) - UNABLE TO LOGIN

Login problem often occurs if the login details applied do not exactly match the registered login details.

To resolve the problem, and click on Forgot Password on the login page.

The system will then send your correct login details (username and password) to your registered email address. So be sure to check your email after that.

Please note that the login details are case-sensitive.
For instance, if your username is john and you enter it as John, the system will not accept it because of the capital "J"

The same applies to the password.

(2) - Can't Remember My User Id (username) or Email address.

If you have forgotten your user Id (same as user name) or your registered email address, then contact us.

Under Subject write : FULL LOGIN DETAILS FORGOTEN

(3) - If Your Account Was Not Activated After Registration

Accounts that are not activated one week or more after registration, are deleted from our system.

So if you did not activate your account after registration, chances are that it might have been deleted from the system. If you then try to login, you will receive an error message saying that your details are invalid.

To solve this problem, simply re-register (i.e. register again) and please ensure that you do not leave your account unactivated.
Activate your account after you have registered to complete the registration process.
